The room is very clean, the service is good, the elevator requires a card, which is good. The breakfast is rich and the location is excellent, there is a shopping mall below. I like this hotel very much

The best hotel in Bucaramanga, comfort, convenience, security. The perfect breakfast. The best of all is that you leave the elevator on the 5th floor directly to the shopping center

I like the service at the front desk very much. It gives people a friendly feeling. Among the several front desks I have dealt with, her service is definitely the best and very considerate. Hope to come again next time!

The rooms have good facilities. I was a little surprised that there was no liquid body soap or shampoo for a room of 4 guests. Another thing that seemed uncomfortable to me was the capacity of the restaurant, since you have to wait in line to get in since it has a very limited space for the number of guests it has. Now the lobby, the restaurant, the pool and the gym are all on the same floor (level 7). The hotel does not have direct access from the street, it simply has advisors as access, you must enter the shopping center parking lot and the The only access is through sublevel 2 or 3.
