Staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel doesn't have American electric outlet. They lend me an adapter so that I can charge cellphones.

Superlative. The staff, esp Valery, was super friendly and helpful. No reservations about recommending it and will gladly stay again

Distance from the metral station. Poor noise reducing as I can hear sound from other rooms which is terrible.

位置很好，機場火車轉地鐵也就40分鐘左右，去尿尿小童轉公交也就20分鐘。前台特別熱情，但是給的房間對於有大型行李的人特別尷尬，出了電梯還要爬樓，好在工作人員幫忙一起扛。衞生挺好，很乾凈床特別軟。

スタッフの対応は良かったですが、チェックインが午後の10時までしかできないのが不便だととても感じました。

酒店環境可以挺舒服的就是位置有點遠了去哪裡不是特別方便然後就是早餐還不錯，服務也還行，整體來説不錯👌

Hotel correcto y bien ubicado cerca del centro y las instituciones europeas. Las habitaciones de la planta baja no tienen mucha luz natural, pero son bastante amplias.
