Good location near the metro and shopping is nearby. Room is small but good enough, only gripe is there’s no fridge so you can’t store your food anywhere.

Nice and clean hotel with a great location directly beside the Metro and Tram stations. Highly recommend for people traveling around Brussels

位置很好，交通很方便。房間乾淨整潔，不算大但也足夠。wifi太爛了，信號差網速慢。

位置好，鬧中取靜，前台服務態度很好。早餐在頂樓，食物很豐富，風景也非常不錯。唯一美中不足的是三台電梯衹有一台在運行，上下樓排隊要很久。

Aangenaam hotel vlak bij het centrum van Brussel. De medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Ik voelde mij welkom als gast. De kamer was wat klein, maar perfect proper.

This was a nice property but, when we arrived at almost 4:30 after traveling all day our room was not ready. We were told it would be 5 minutes but, it was 15 minutes. Check in was 3. That's not acceptable when we are paying a lot of money each day for the room. We also had issues with our bathroom door not closing and my daughter was stuck in there for several minutes. We called to have it fixed but, it wasn't fixed properly so it never closed. The cleaning staff was very nice and brought us whatever we needed each day. The staff in the breakfast room were all very nice and the breakfast was excellent.
