The hotel was nice and clean .. though a little far from train station and city centre… but overall stay was good.

Niks airco op de kamer, bloed heet. Staat wel dat je airco hebt op de kamer. Klopt ook alleen niet aan en kun je ook niet aanzetten daar het centraal wordt geregeld en daar is het de periode niet voor.:( En slechts 2 handdoeken op de kamer. Ontbijt zeker geen € 18,- waard!

Personnel au top mais notre chambre était placée vers la grande route, juste au dessus de la station service. il y a donc eu du bruit pendant la nuit (moto, ambulance...). L'hotel est bien situé pour les zones expo et de l'atomium. Nous sommes par contre loin du centre et pas de supérette à proximité, c’est dommage.

Personnel de l’hôtel et service au client au top du top. De plus, j’ai passé un agréable séjour. Rien à redire sur la chambre. Je séjournerai de nouveau en dans cet hôtel si je dois revenir dans ce coin à Bruxelles.

熱水管道會冷不丁的流出黑水，流一會又沒了，噁心壞了。水温忽高忽低，被燙得跳起來。居然還有帶狗入住的，晚上10點多狗還叫。特別差的入住體驗。

Hotel was booked due to the proximity to Brussels Expo. Staff was friendly but it's a pity that this was pretty much the only positive thing. No parking (we had to walk for a couple of 100m), to room was very outdated, including the bathroom. The bathroom really needs some renovation or at least a touch-up. The silicone joints were already dark from the molds and it was very enjoyable to use the bathroom. The carpet in the room was vacuumed but old and not very hygenic. Had dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor and was disappointed as the pizza I ordered seemed to be a convenience product, bought in a frozen state and just put into the oven. Definitely not worth the prize.

We stayed at the Ibis to attend a concert at the ING Arena. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was ready (was dead on check in time). The room was OK- two single beds, bathroom, etc- just the basics but just what we needed. The only thing lacking was a kettle/coffee but that just meant a trip to the bar. We didn't eat at the hotel but we used the bar a couple of times. The coffee was lovely and served with a madeline and a nice selection of beer. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the arena (the reason for the stay) and equally close to the Atomium. Would stay here again in the need arises.

Rooms shabby and worse guest service. Arrived for one night because was close to Palais 12. Rooms: doors didn’t close properly. Doorknob from bathroom door felt apart. Bathroom: shower was full of mold. Guest service: ask for extra towels and late check-out… the reception lady - Mrs. Pushchaeva answered rude and misbehaved to us… never again this hotel…

i booked this hotel as looking at the map its close to the Atom, it was about a 15 min walk which was good my room was clean and tidy the bar area is good and served pizza as the main item, but there were other choice's very pleased with the breakfast would stay here again

Sure, the rooms are not that luxurious and maybe a bit outdated. But the staff in this hotel is super friendly and hospitable. Palais 12 is only five minutes away (by foot) which is also nice. Thanks for the kind service!

Just regular Ibis hotel in good location ,not far from the city center .Football stadium Just 1.5 km away. Very nice and helpfull staff at the reception desk and in the bar. Various ,delicious breakfast,good restaurants in the neighborhood
