It took 10 minutes to get checked in the room, and it was OK just a bit dirty and shabby. The bathroom was disgusting and not hygienic, using the toilet, and the flusher was very loosed, and the toilet roll holder fell into the toilet when I went to get some. Took them three hours before they looked at it. The shower just leek out the bottom. Stay away from poor customer service and a failing hotel

It was a lovely hotel, great staff! We did have an issue with noise but the hotel did apologies and get this resolved promptly.

Location is good , Breakfast timing is not good on the weekend - I missed my breakfast because of timing although i have paid for my breakfast.

Bar, Restaurant and lounge areas were well maintained and decorated. Room was in drastic need for redecorating, rewiring and overall maintenance.

The room had some cigarettes smell and didn’t quite go away even the window was opened (couldn’t open wide).

Need to check out at 10am. It is not good for a family. Late check out need to pay 10GB per hour. It is not very clean. But the price is cheap compare to other.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel and facilities were very clean and mostly well kept. The bed was really noisy and creaky but not a major issue. Was slightly annoying to find you had to pay for parking as I didn't see this when booking the hotel but was fairly priced. Would stop again in the future.
