Nice clean rooms. Very handy location. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A few stains on the carpet and the soap dispenser lid kept lifting off. Rosa on the desk was very friendly. It was not worth the £112.99 I paid though, for one night.

Handy hotel which is very close to the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars etc... Good for travel with trains and buses. On arrival hotel staff were friendly,accommodating and helpful. and when there was an issue with smell of smoke in room, was offered to be be moved straight away by Matthew (manager). Had breakfast which was nice and staff friendly (Ramona) was on duty, and others.. Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade which I was told would be soon. Have stayed here in the past when travelling for work etc... Hope the hotel gets the upgrade it so desperately needs as I know other Travelodge hotels have. Its one of the busiest I've stayed in.

This is an ideal place for family to consider. It has carpark. The hotel foyer has seats where guests can sit around. Bromley is a nice area for a weekend escape for family and individuals.

Me and my son stayed here for one night as our football team was playing against Bromley FC. The carpark is underneath the hotel. £10 for 24 hours if you pay using the app. We were met at reception by Jonathan who was very polite and helpful. We stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean. There was no view as there was only a skylight in our room. The bed was comfortable. Shower ok. The hotel is on a busy street so it was quite noisy with sirens at night but still had a good sleep. We paid for the breakfast. I opted for porridge and fruit whilst my son had a cooked breakfast. No complaints. The restaurant seating area was clean with views out onto the street. I'd have probably given a 3 star for the hotel overall but the staff friendliness bumped my score to a 4.

Best place ever customers excellent services had a drink anmt the bar and room perfect served by Mathew so thabks again!. Good location with the tien centre only about 10 minute walk away. Will be returning again for sure. Only improvement would be free parking

Beware - do not stay here you are likely to catch something it was filthy outside and inside. Mediochre reception and generally a very expensive dissapointment

The staff are friendly specially Jonathan The hotel is very close to the centre,the bar is small but clean,breakfast price is affordable and generous,the bus stop is just across the road,very accessible,highly recommended cheers to all

Over priced software drinks on bar, £3.15 for 330ml can Pepsi max (break down from pack 24 is about 60p a can, vending machine said price at side of certain items then wanted more when entered item no, dirty carpets around hotel and sink in room was dirty.
