Abbots Grange Manor House

Just fantastic ! Brilliant location and beautiful manor house. Everything at Abbots Grange is brilliant, displaying quietly understated elegance with a very relaxed, calm and luxurious approach, in a fabulous setting. The christmas decorations just added an extra homely feel with the real fire making it very seasonal. Our welcome was lovely, a glass of fizz and no rush. Room was excellent, lovely comfy beds and heating we could regulate which is great. The team were all very welcoming and efficient, and even arranged flowers for my husband’s birthday which was brilliant at short notice. Breakfast first class, very fresh, hot and plentiful. Lovely dining room. Bathroom very well equipped super walk-in shower, spacious and warm. Highly recommended - a really lovely stay - thank you

My sister and I stayed at Abbots Grange last year after it was recommended to us by our brother. We loved it so much that we returned this month! It really is just the perfect retreat and location for popping into Broadway village as it's literally a few steps away but still quiet. It is secluded and set in a large beautiful well kept garden of approximately 8 acres, that you can freely roam. The bedrooms have been clean and traditionally decorated with lovely views of the garden and surrounding countryside. You can expect a welcome glass of bubbly upon arrival (& also a bottle of champagne on ice in your room if you book directly with them). They serve complimentary scrumptious cake and tea/coffee every afternoon between 3-5. The owners, Richard and Topsy live in a separate part of the Grange and are very welcoming (as are all the staff, especially Stacey). They are always on hand in the evening keeping the firepit in the garden and roaring fire in the Great Hall, topped up with logs. The breakfasts are AMAZING! Lots of choice and well cooked. They kept us going until dinner! The breakfast ladies were all lovely, friendly and efficient. We shall definitely return next year!

This Manor is amazing. We felt like we stepped back in time and was living in a royal retreat in the Cotswolds. The staff, Stacy, and everything was wonderful and well attended to. The food was marvelous and we loved every minute of our stay. The only bad part was having to leave.

Abbots Grange is a magical experience. A manor house steeped in history and tradition with wonderful touches. We stayed in the Elizabethan suite and you could imagine Queen Elizabeth I sleeping in the same four poster bed. The staff were attentive and very helpful, and the location is minutes away from the High Street of Broadway. Highly recommended as a base to explore the beautiful Cotswold villages

What a wonderful experience! A beautiful manor house, well-appointed rooms and baths, a lovely lounge area, and such professional and friendly service. And you're steps away from Broadway, across the street from a wonderful pub, and blocks from numerous trails through the Cotswold countryside.

The Cotswolds in January? We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Abbots Grange in January 2025 and found plenty to do. Abbots Grange is a historic property and every room is unique. We stayed in the Carriage Room, one of three apartment-like rooms in the barn. The room felt newly-renovated with a lovely bathroom and a small bio-fuel fired fireplace. We had the opportunity to see several rooms and they range from good size with a tub and handheld shower to a HUGE multi-room apartment. The owners and their staff could not have been more accommodating. Full English Breakfast was amazing and the small honor bar and large sitting room with fireplace in the main building provided a wonderful place to relax at night. Abbots Grange's location right in the heart of Broadway proved perfect for our visit. We toured the Cotswolds by day and returned at night to Broadway which had many great choices for restaurants. Abbots Grange deserves 5 stars.
