Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland-Richfield

It was sort of off my planned path, but the king suite was huge and the bathroom was very nice

The hotel was nice breakfast was nice but i only have two complaints one i had reserved a room with a jacuzzi they only had one and gave mine away a two they had a drain issue so was an odor coming from the shower drain that was foul

非常好！房間很大，設施很新，應該是新裝修不久。房間裏有冰箱、微波爐、咖啡機，其他也是應有盡有。床很大，一張床睡兩個人都很寬鬆。早餐也很好，品種多。

When staying at Holiday Inn properties I expect better. What I found the most disappointing was the dirty carpet from the 2nd floor elevator to the hallway where the rooms begin, and the broken TV mount. The property “is under remodel”, but I have to say this property is just not kept up well, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly by the last housekeeper. The area around the hotel is inconvenient. If you want to try and get delivery, it’ll be a challenge, and the only close by place is the Wendy’s next door attached to a gas station. The Wendy’s is also a disappointment, dirty floors and self service area with soda machine/ straws/etc. we stayed because the snow was coming down heavy after hitting the Brandywine resort. Usually I have a good experience when booking with Holiday Inn, but this property needs an overhaul.

Check-In was a bit frustrating. The guy in front of me had been sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned and was asked to wait while the staff figured it out. Another employee was leaving and complained that her replacement was an hour late getting there to relieve her. I had to return to the front desk three times because my room keys did not work. The breakfast was nice though.

It took a long time to get checked in and once checked in, the bathroom and the room in general did not seem too clean. And I did not get a restful sleep because of the other loud customers stomping and banging doors at 2in thr morning. I won't cone back to this hotel

We were assigned a dirty used room. They then wanted to downgrade our room. We finally got to the second room but our keys didn't work so back to the front we had to go. The WiFi wouldn't work. We had to call the desk for bedding for the pull out. When we finally got that they didn't even include a pillow.

Hotel need work; it’s somewhat shabby. But the man at the front desk was very helpful and the room was clean and quiet.

Hotel was nice and clean. Area didn’t provide much for dining. Our room shower drained very slowly. Price was great for proximity to National Park.

We thought this was a great hotel for the price. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good and very convenient. The location is great if you are planning to go north (ie Cleveland) or south (ie Canton). Staff friendly and a lot of dining options nearby.
