Reception staff best bit very good, windows in room dont open and im clastrofobic. So when bloke upstairs started to move about i couldnt sleep. Left room at 2am. Area is rundown to and pub next door but tables need a clean. Food ok, but thats it

As a disabled customer I found the corridor narrow and doors not easy to operate from mobility scooter the door to reception is all manual no assistance available. The rooms are ok but again difficult to access bathroom when using mobility scooter would be ok for wheelchairs though

Oh my god. This has to be the worst premier inn we have stayed in. Shouty woman in reception, checked us in to a room reminiscent of the 70s. No air conditioning, tatty, noise from people above, no spare pillows just one each. Premier inn pub next door is dreadful, we went in for food but didn't eat there - kids running the place and extremely dirty, glasses, plates, just left on tables, dirty floors, and very much a locals drinking spot. Went to reception to be told all premier inns are the same - no they're not, and we have stayed in a few - and then told you get what you pay for. Charming. Then told that premier inn won't spend money on refurbishing, although they have done the hotel next door - what ? Anyway, don't expect a usual premier inn, it's a premier inn from the 70s with female Basil Fawlty on reception 😀

Lisa And Jenny were very polite and professional at Premiere Inn Bristol. Made me feel very welcome. Great customer service. I’ve stayed here before and the same service we received. Nice room and food was also good. Would recommend the stay.

I stay here 1-2 nights a week over a 9 month period. Very friendly staff, Mandy on the reception is very polite and helpful. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Loads of parking which is great as I drive a ranger. Handy to have the brewers Fayre next door.

I paid £154,for one night, I thought this was a little excessive. The next morning on going for breakfast I was digusted to find this was not included. Will not be using Premier again. Very disappointing as my wife and myself spent our wedding night there 9 years ago and found it very good.

Lovely hotel! Paige on the desk checked us in early, and made sure our rooms was ready and together! She went make us feel welcome and we had a laugh! Such a great welcome to the hotel! The rooms was nice and clean and the beds so comfortable! Very convenient hotel.

There was plenty of parking available at the hotel, we enjoyed Breakfast in the restaurant, check in very smooth from Jenny / Cian. Great service overall and we will definitely come back to this hotel again, when we next come back to visit Bristol.

The hotel its self was lovely! We had the lovely Paige check us in. She is such a bubbly soul. The rooms was perfect and nice and clean. The restaurant next door was very nice. Overall my stay was perfect! I will definitely be using this hotel again!
