Premier Inn Bristol South

staff were friendly and helpful, service on arrivival was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Public busses for the city centre and airport are a minute walk from the hotel, so great for travelling around. Food at the pub was good, also has 2 fast food restaurants in the area. Would stay again

I felt the need to write a review and give credit where credits due ! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Especially the 2 ladies who worked on reception (Mandy and Claire ) nothing was too much bother for these girls and I can’t thank you both enough for making my stay that more enjoyable Overall the hotel was excellent ,and situated in the perfect location with access to all amenities restaurants ect There’s a pub next door which does an incredible breakfast and shows the football ( which suits me ) Thanks ladies !

Wow,! The staff were amazing, Charlie on reception was particularly helpful, nothing was too much trouble.we checked in early and as our room wasn't ready we were moved to another room, ordered a taxi for us as well for us, no fuss or anything, just done, thanks ladies

Our stay at the hotel starts with a friendly checkin. Our son is a competitive swimmer, who participates in swim galas at Hengrove Park Leisure Centre, which is in a walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient location. Hotel has a restaurant and other restaurants nearby, so there are plenty of options.

Room was awful bed was rubbish not luxurious at all , switches literally hanging off , no usb sockets to charge phones like advertised, pulled curtains and the rail came down on my head, heater was dented and rusty, felt grubby so left losing money but apart from the receptionist who was lovely it was awful never again

Check in was nice and easy. Paige on reception was such a bubbly personality. Really made my trip even better. Definitely need more staff like her. The room was nice and tidy, this premier inn has every thing you need. Will be staying here again!
