The staff are friendly and the room I use was a king size room, very clean and neat. That day I was about to checkout there was a firealarm from a toaster in the room and the staff were prompt in getting everyone outside in safety zone, while waiting for firefighters to determine the source and clear that all in well to return inside. The staff were awesome.

I decided not to give a high score to the facility that the room windows cannot be opened. This quaint hotel room has a ceiling height of more than 2 meters but still can't cover up the smell. It may not be all left by the chimney lungs, but it may be the metal smell on the furniture. I really don't understand why it is unsafe to open the window. The regulations of this city are really inexplicable.

Great location in the city. However, amenities and cleanliness of the rooms are very outdated and not maintained (Hence, the dustiness in certain items such as hairdryer & nespresso machine). Telephone in the room had hardly any instructions on how to use it as well as not being able to function when using it to call reception/room service.

The room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.

Had a great stay with our hotel here - good location beside city, good front desk service at Miro beside, spacious rooms for 5 of us (+1 bed add on for $35/night) with 2 rooms. Well furnished with a washing machine and dishwasher. Also note it's in the clubbing area so you'll see queues on Friday night. Some affordable food options nearby.

We had a wonderful time. Rooms was clean and spacious. Easy check in process, free parking , close to the airport and shopping centres.
