Check in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.

Very helpful & professional receptionist staff. Self-serve breakfast, not a lot of options for vegans though. Rooms a good size & comfortable, although the water wasn’t overly hot in the bath & shower in the morning was like-warm at best. Excellent location overlooking the pier.

Gréât sized room, very clean. Pool/Spa clean but very busy with members in evening. Gym very small again busy in evenings.

Good sea view!
Gym and swimming pool is so good and clean.
A lot of choices for the buffet breakfast 😁
Overall is good except the lift was out of order🥹

The spa gym is the size of a postage stamp, no jacuzzi, really small, on top of everything, if your cloustrophobic this place would drive you insane. Rooms are adequate! Beds super uncomfortable! Not the best experience!

Loved the hotel room - very spacious, right next to the pier and very clean. The indoor pool was under maintenance but most amenities were great. The hotel also has a nice restaurant overlooking the ocean.

The man at the reception gave us room 161. This room was at the end of the corridor. This room is unlucky. We asked for a change of room and the receptionist refused to change it for us.

Good service and friendly staff, the room was nice, but the view was a bit ugly blocked by under construction buildings.

We loved our stay there and will be going back very soon. The location was prime and perfect for sea side view. Breakfast was great. The staff are very welcoming and the room was clean and homely

Perfect location. Right next to beach and 5 mins walk from the Palace Pier. Many pubs and restaurants all around. The sea view inside the hotel room is stunning (executive sea view room). The room is very clean and tidy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Just one pitfall, need to queue up for 20 mins to check in.
