Everything about this hotel is Quality with a capital Q. Easy check in process and a fabulous double room with bedroom bathtub perfect for a post BM10K soak while watching a movie. The rainfall shower was invigorating too. The bed in our room was probably the most comfortable I've slept in .... even better than home! The room was tastefully appointed and even with the windows open on a warm evening the noise outside was minimal. Tea, coffee making facilities and a small fridge ensured we had everything we needed for a lovely two night stay. We will return to this hidden gem of a hotel.

It was well equipped, clean and at a good location. I had a good night's sleep!! I found it easily and was able to park close by. Nothing else to say. All was fine. Small room but not an expensive place to say so wouldn't expect more! X̌xxxxx̌xxxx

Lovely place all we need for our nights stay Kettle with good selection of drinks Bottled water was a nice touch Nice and quiet and close to the sea front and the centre Check in/out was simple with codes for front door and bedroom We would stay again

We were in Brighton for the Soul Supper Weekend It's the 3rd time that we have stayed there and in the same room, and everytime it has been fantastic and never disappointed. will always keep going back as it fantastic as long its available!!!!

Can’t fault it at all, in a lovely, quiet part of Brighton. Literally 5 minutes up the hill from the seafront. Would definitely stay again when I come back to the city. I was solo travelling, so I stayed in a small double bed room. The space was really well thought out and you did not feel cramped at all. It contained some great little amenities. Fresh towels, fresh bed linen and the hot drink box with biscuits was a really nice touch. The en suite bathroom was gorgeous and really fresh. Top class.

The room was neat and well made , there was a small cafeteria .I t was adequate for a solo night .Though the room was cold and heater wouldn’t work, the owner promptly came and sorted the problem out .The room that I stayed in was the only room at the top floor and had to climb a very narrow flight of stairs with a small skylight but generally the ambience of the entrance to the building was good

Big, cosy bed. Well placed, a short walk (10 minutes) to restaurants, theatre etc. A good selection of drinks, including filter coffee. Heated bathroom floor very welcome as it would have been quite cold otherwise. Unfortunately the blind won't close on the high window, but didn't prevent a good sleep.

We booked for two nights and was very clean bed very comfortable easy check in check out. Only downside was for me the didn’t connect to internet so couldn’t get access to YouTube or Netflix etc….. And communication was a bit slow response.but apart from that no issues would certainly recommend.

The boutique is a warm and cosy feeling making it inviting, the room was ideal for a solo traveler. It's also in a perfect location for when visiting at the hospital which is just a 5 mint walk from the boutique . The bed is spacious and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious. Also nicely decorated
