The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay!
also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

Three out of the three of the check in machines not working and nobody at reception. 10am on a Saturday. Not made clear at check in how to discount the parking. One lift has sticking tape over the buttons. Feels very tired. And, for the third time in a row at premier inn we only got one towel set despite booking as a couple. So, you have get dressed to traipse down to the not very well attended reception to get an extra set. Positive is this premier inn is bang in the centre of everything.

Not hot water in the morning, heating stuck on all night and no staff on reception when needed. Breakfast was nice but even when trying to check in we had issues trying to get staff, there was the option for self check in which we used but then no keycards so still needed to find staff

Room was absolutely fine. The normal standard you expect at premier inn. However, it was close to stairwell and door on the landing. Constant banging through the night so not the best sleep. Was going to complain at checkout but couldn't find anybody to complain to.

Chose this hotel for the location, definitely not the character. Dynamic pricing meant I paid more than my friends, even though I booked on the same day - which really stings. Check in was fine, as expected. Housekeeping had failed to clean away the previous room occupant’s half empty milk carton, empty can of Amstel, and food wrappers. The had soap dispenser the bathroom didn’t work, and was filthy. When reported to reception, the receptionist couldn’t have cared less. I didn’t get an apology. She said she’d feedback to housekeeping but didn’t even make a note of my room number.

Great friendly helpful staff would go again great location and plenty to do in the area. Kids loved it here and breakfast was a good price to add on to your room. Would highly recommend this venue and will be very happy to return again next time thank you

Great service clean and very helpful with polite staff very central brighton is a lovely city hotel had good views all the staff were very helpful and bed was comfortable and good facilities and clean bathroom the carpets were nice and the room was dust free
