Days Inn by Wyndham Bridgend Cardiff M4

The room having a very strong bad smell due to high humidity and mold on walls. Bleach smell was obvious in room. We could not stay and we requested a refund. Unfortunately they made excuses not to refund the amount paid. Do not recommend booking or staying at this hotel.

Hotel was in a perfect location for what we needed (5 nights), but if you are just visiting, it would be better to have a car, beautiful shopping center less than 10-15 minute walk, 24 hr Starbucks just minutes in the sarn park motorway stop, staff were wonderful, beds comfortable, rooms /bathrooms clean, shower pressure great, coffee available in rooms and breakfast boxes available/included, all around good hotel.

Pretty basic but had everything you'd need for a short stay. Walkable distance to Macarthur Glen shopping. Beware though, if you do book through a third party (trip.com) included you will get charged £5 per night for parking - would have been nice to be told that in advance!

Excellent staff , take time to assure everything is just fine. Easy access directly on side of m4 roundabout

Great place and perfect for a short stay and rest. The location is decent too with some shops in the service station.

Had to pay for parking because booking via 3rd party. Didn’t seem fair. Comfortable quiet night.

Excellent location and room clean and spacious

Large room and quite comfortable bed. Simple things provided but enough for short term stay. There’s a large outlet shopping mall nearby and it’s nice to go for a visit. Breakfast box is good, but it’ll be better if they have more varieties.

booked for the wrong day, didn’t let us cancel it or rearrange it like any other hotel would do they do not speak to you properly there are extremely disrespectful and the hotel isn’t even nice anyway.
