The room had a balcony towards the canal. Beautiful views, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely all around.

Bremerhaven is not a 1st tourist destination and I'm on a work trip, but this hotel...well, not really a big chain type of hotel... is perfectly located at the harbor with touristy stuff and lots of restaurants near by. To place this in context, I hate chains and prefer small inns or B&Bs; this is a nice mix of both. I got a room with a river view, which is busy and semi-industrial (again, this is Bremerhaven, so a working river), but lots to see. The other side has views of the marina and harbor, so also lively. The staff is excellent - friendly, efficient, and helpful. The huge breakfast in a big room with lots of windows offers the classic euro fare - all great and plenty to eat. My room was typical German - small but all there and somewhat hard mattress, but exactly what I've had in fancier hotels. I'm all in favor, but this is a work trip so no idea about families or children.

Beautiful harbor view room. Huge delicious breakfast with anything you could desire. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful and gave us GREAT tips on their favorite restaurants. We could walk everywhere. Lucky to have sunshine for long walk on the sea wall.

Unser Aufenthalt war vom ersten Tag bis zur Abreise wunderbar. Das Personal war super und immer freundlich. Für uns war die ganze Umgebung einfach nur toll.

Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang. Frühstück, ließ keine Wünsche offen, mir wurde es sogar 10min früher geöffnet, da ich zu einem Termin musste. Leider 😢 fande ich das Bett etwas zu hart und es gab kein Netflix oder ähnliches, da es keine Verbindung zum Internet gab (Zi107)
Ich fände es aber trotzdem sehr schön. Würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen

Das Hotel liegt gut und ist nett. Allerdings ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind wirklich nicht akzeptabel! Hart, durchgelegen, kein Lattenrost. Dies wurde auch schon in früheren Rezessionen bemängelt.
