Vila tebing dengan pemandangan laut yang tak tertandingi, sarapan lezat, dan kopi nikmat di hotel! Staf pelayanannya sangat antusias! Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah letaknya terlalu jauh dari kota, dan perjalanan pulang pergi dengan taksi biayanya sekitar RMB 150! Hotel ini memiliki bus khusus ke kota pada pukul 10:00 pagi, 3:00 sore, dan 8:00 malam, yang cukup nyaman.

This is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte. Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food. There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that. Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play. The room was big and clean The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy.

We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. I traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

Great place to stay, great swimming pool, beautiful lobby, large rooms, with ocean view balcony. Beautiful breakfast, and one of the only hotels on the strip close to the ocean, not set back from the ocean. At must stay hotel, resort.
