TTamuI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.

TTamuLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

TTamuIt is in a strategic location which 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Anaheim and 5 minutes drive to Walmart/Mcd/KFC/ Burger King.
The opposite of the hotel is Toy Story Parking Lot, Disneyland will provide shuttle bus services to/fro Disneyland.
2 minutes walk to CVS pharmacy/ 7-11/ and Walgreen for your snacks or souvenirs.
The amenities ie toothpaste/ brush will be provided on a request basis.

TTamuWow! What a great place. Check in was pleasant and helpful; we arrived early (10a) so our room was ready. They held our luggage until we returned from Disneyland that evening. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff outstanding, they worked hard and exhibited happiness. Grandkids loved the water slides and pool area. Staff there seemed bored but still helpful. All in all they have a great staff; HR be sure to take care of them! If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Anaheim, the Cambria will be on our list to stay at again.

Parkir dikenakan biaya $35 per malam untuk parkir mandiri. Tempat parkir kelebihan kapasitas dan beberapa orang parkir di mana saja yang memungkinkan. Satu-satunya kritik lain adalah kasurnya sudah usang. Kasurnya tidak tidak nyaman tetapi sudah menunjukkan tanda-tanda penuaan dan perlu diganti.

TTamuExtremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.
