TTamuAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

TTamuThe entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out.
I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed.
I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator.
Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell.
I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.

TTamuI thought the bed was super comfortable. The decorations were entertaining. The service was good. They have a pass available for the UofM health club. I swam in two different pools. The coffee shop and the cozy lobby are wonderful.

TTamuEverything was good, but my security deposit was charged. I guessed that it was related to my closing date of the credit card. After several days of negotiations with the Trip.com and the hotel, the hotel refunded my deposit to my credit card.

AAngela.AStylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

DDr. PuppioThe hotel is close to the Target Center (10 minutes by foot - good option for a Timberwolves game).
The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well.
The breakfast is fair…, American standard..!

Rrachel lenderOne of the glass cups in the room was dirty, the shower was kind of awkward, no lip on the ground so it gets all over the floor. Breakfast was next door since there was no cook but breakfast was pretty decent, oatmeal and quiche and scrambled eggs
