TTamuWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

TTamuPolecam hotel osobom niezdecydowanym, znajduje się trochę na uboczu, ale w dalszym ciągu blisko Manufaktury. Hotel jest nowy, piękny i bardzo czysty. Zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek. Pokój był duży, bardzo ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie i kawa bardzo dobre.

VVivian53115This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok.

TTamuI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

TTamuImpressive stay at the hotel with original concept in a cosy stylish old building. The genuine atmosphere based on old cinema vibes, there is even a small cinema hall on the premices with a classic films shown in the evening.
Very friendly welcoming professional service.
The room is spacious and cozy, with good internet, there is kitchen corner and all amenities provided, and to crown it all, - a high quality coffee machine with capsules available all day. There is only one note, - for those who care about healthy sleep and for China guests in particular the mattress should nave been a bit less soft.
The breakfast is good, with original local notes like zurek soup and fresh apple pancakes, the in-house restaurant is also worth visiting, but the adjacent area also bustles with nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
