MMarc Allorde”The place was nice, but the facilities were mediocre. However, the beach is lovely, but the rooms are a bit small. Nevertheless, the ambiance is great, but there is no night concierge to address the noise. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious. However, there are many escorts, so it may not be suitable for families.”

Mmichael edsonVery basic room with a comfortable bed. But definitely overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was simple and basis. There were enough choices to pick from. Covered parking was nice since it was raining.

MMaria AvenaI would like to commend Lee in the Restaurant for being so friendly and giving me an excellent customer service also the guy in Front Office he is really friendly, knowledgeable in his job. HOWEVER
1. The property has poor amenities. For instance, no bottled water but instead they prepared an empty container for you to get the water in the restaurant in water dispenser as really like a dorm or bed space set up or hostel set up.
2. You do not have toothbrush and toothpaste
3. No slipper
4. No floor towels anywhere.
I was thinking if Subic Park Hotel is now a hostel but when I checked it is a Hotel with a hostel set up. There are some properties inside Subic with cheaper prices but with complete amenities. Just saying.
Kudos to employees here by the way. They are delivering excellent customer service even the property has poor service.
