Spent 2 nights here including new year'' eve. Got. Good viw of the city during the fireworks display. Rooms and hallways are very spacious. Linens and beds are comfy. Have discounts at luk foo. Got to use their pool as well. Good stay here for families. Kudos to the hotel workers who spent their new year at work!

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

The location was good as its easy access to transportation & restaurants. The hotel kind a look run down. It needs a major update compare to the hotel next door where you have to go to for checking in. The room we had the door smart lock card was not working so we have to move to another room due to lock issue.

The place is within the heart of the city. Accessible to transfortations,, shopping malls and Restaurant with spacious room for two. Staffs were very nice and helpful..Well definitely come back to stay on our future travel plan🤔😍❤️🙏🙏🙏

The hotel location is very convenient, near to restaurants and pasalubong stores.26 minutes away to the airport.. Staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful.. There's no elevator, shower has no pressure the water comess out are too little so, it takes time before you done shower.. Clean and tidy!

However, if you and your family would like something else, there are a lot of other options in the vicinity. What made the stay even more worthwhile was the customer service - friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greets and smiles so that's an extra point.
