Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Den Haag

The location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location! The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers. Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it. In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

Hotel ini sangat bersih, nyaman, dan berada di lokasi yang sempurna. Kami bisa pergi ke mana saja dengan berjalan kaki. Kota ini luar biasa dan kami sangat senang telah menginap di hotel ini!!

Old and spread out blood stains on duvet cover AND fitted sheet mattress cover (including a big one that had been covered with a pillow) were unacceptable. These could in no way have been missed by staff. Friendly staff offered snacks in the morning to go with the coffee. Location very good for transportation and going out. Rooms have very few amenities and extras (not even an extra roll of toilet paper), but the cafe/bar downstairs provides a nice area to sit.

Hotel yang luar biasa, kamar dengan pemandangan laut dan kota, serta jacuzzi yang luar biasa! Kolam renang dan sauna + ruang uap di lantai paling atas juga indah dan nyaman untuk bersantai. Satu-satunya kekurangan yang dapat saya pikirkan adalah bahwa pizza layanan kamar hanyalah pizza supermarket. Tapi burgernya benar-benar enak.

The amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

Saya cukup puas dengan penginapan ini. Mengingat harga dan kelas hotelnya, semuanya berada pada level yang dapat diterima! Tapi saya terutama menyukai lokasinya (walaupun mungkin tidak begitu nyaman bagi beberapa pengunjung, saya diuntungkan karena lokasi tersebut memudahkan perjalanan saya setiap hari).
