Pertama, kami khawatir tentang lokasinya, namun metro di depan hotel membuat segalanya begitu mudah dan mudah diakses.
Satu hal yang menarik perhatian kami adalah kurangnya meja resepsionis. Saya pikir ini akan membatasi layanan, namun ternyata layanan sederhana dan ramah disediakan oleh karyawan yang efisien dan baik hati.
Sarapannya juga sangat positif, baik untuk variasi maupun kualitas makanannya.
Yang saya lewatkan adalah fasilitas lainnya, seperti minibar di kamar dan sandal, misalnya. Hal lain yang meninggalkan sesuatu yang diinginkan adalah ”pemandangan kota” yang merupakan jendela yang sangat tinggi untuk diamati, sangat berbeda dari yang diharapkan dari deskripsi ruangan.
Dan yang paling saya sukai adalah ruangannya yang sangat nyaman dan ramah, dengan hasil akhir yang bagus serta rangkaian warna dan lampu yang dipilih dengan sangat baik. Kamar mandi sangat bagus dan memiliki layanan pembersihan yang sangat baik. Dan tempat tidurnya... tempat tidurnya... sempurna dan melebihi ekspektasi dalam hal ukuran, kenyamanan dan kualitas seprai dan bantal.
Ini pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa.

EEffyOhh🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.
🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday.
🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

VV W HI enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.

TTamuLovely little room not too far away from the centre of all things happening in the centre.tranaport links are really good and the public transport system itself is so efficient.
The room has a small kitchen filled with essentials for cooking light meals - hob, microwave and kettle. Sink prepared with things to wash dishes too. Also delighted to find we had a drip stand coffee machine!
The room is compact but absolutely everything you need. There is a huge gate at the front of the property which means it's really safe. Neighbourhood was ok but would be walking quickly if I was on my own, however I didn't feel the need to get a taxi once.
Bathroom has a hairdryer!
Lovely graffiti artwork around the property as well.

服務特別好，戴眼鏡的前台姐姐很友善，熱情，和負責。
地理位置非常方便，周圍便利店，酒吧，餐廳，公交都有。十分方便和安全。
唯一不足是房間有床蟲，睡的當晚被咬了5處紅腫，第二天又有2處，沒有蚊子咬的癢，但有紅腫和硬塊，

TTamuPerfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!
