The reception staff are perfect. They are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are also friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for good food. The rooms are clean and pleasant but the automated lights are frustrating and the flush button on the toilet is on the side very low I'm sure I am not the only one who has to ask reception how to flush the toilet and if wearing shoes you have to bend down and press it with your hand as it won't work when wearing shoes. I am happy to recommend this hotel and again say the staff here are great.

Very attentive staff down guests were loud at night and my tv was not working within minutes in the middle of the night they helped me tune out the noisy guests.

Nice hotel near new with lovely rooms. A little Out of the central area and no English is spoken so bring Google Translate. Very helpful staff but food offerings are strictly traditional Chinese so limited western and no western TV offered.

200多住出了五星的舒適感。酒店在童泰園區內，很有特色，我們半夜回京路上誤打誤撞訂的，實在超出預期的好。九樓還有大片童裝工廠店，可惜娃已大，適合嬰兒去。總之難得評價一次酒店，之前大家的評價也確實真實。除了周邊啥也沒有，無槽點，哈哈哈

A Peaceful Stay in a Beautiful Setting I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean - everything a traveler could ask for when looking for a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. What really made my stay special, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, and especially the General Manager (GM), make me feel welcome and at home. If I find myself in this area again, I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had. The hotel staff was top notch and personally assisted me in everything I needed. I had even gotten stranded about ten kilometers out with no car to get back and they came and picked me up. I can’t wait to go back. Delicious food. Incredibly comfortable and an inspiring atmosphere!
