"Saya memilih hotel ini di hari terakhir perjalanan Eropa saya, sebelum menuju Bandara Brussel. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan Stasiun Pusat Antwerp dan halte bus limusin untuk transportasi Bandara Brussel merupakan nilai tambah. Namun, kebisingan di sekitar hotel membuat saya sulit tidur. Selebihnya sangat baik."

Overall, it was a very good hotel. What I liked the most was that the room was very spacious. The kitchen was also very functional and had all the necessary dishes. I think it is suitable for long-term stays. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the station and very close. The staff were friendly and nice as well.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square.
I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh.
Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends.
In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival.
Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.

An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again.

Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

Personeel erg vriendelijk. Het is schoon. Gunstige ligging. Ontbijt prima.
Alleen moesten we achter de afstandsbediening aan en badhanddoeken. Dat was snel verholpen . De laatste ochtend koud water dus we konden niet douchen
