But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to
Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come
And make sure carry worked she forgot card for

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

SSoulfulExplorerI was honestly blown away by this stay. It’s clear the hotel has been recently refurbished , the rooms were immaculate, the bed super comfortable, and the colour scheme made the whole space feel both calming and stylish. The appliances and amenities were spot on too. The location was perfect: central, but tucked just far enough from the noise. Staff were very professional, and overall I’m extremely happy with my stay. I’ll definitely consider coming back next time.

Kamar-kamarnya kompak tetapi memiliki semua yang Anda butuhkan untuk menginap dengan nyaman.
Menurut saya, hal terbaik adalah kebersihannya. Mereka menyediakan layanan tata graha harian sehingga kamar selalu berbau segar dan bersih. Staf check-in sangat ramah dan tidak perlu menunggu lama. Hotel ini memiliki empat lift sehingga Anda tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk sampai ke kamar atau lantai bawah. Meskipun tidak ada balkon, kamar-kamarnya memiliki jendela dari lantai hingga langit-langit sehingga pemandangannya spektakuler. Semua yang Anda harapkan disediakan, ketel, gelas, kulkas, sampo, handuk, dll. Saya butuh beberapa bantal tambahan dan mereka langsung menyediakannya. Dari segi lokasi, Anda tidak akan mendapatkan yang lebih baik dengan supermarket Cole di lantai bawah dan Ibis Styles dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke mana-mana, sangat dekat dengan Kasino dan Queen Street dan berjalan kaki sebentar ke South Bank serta stasiun kereta dan bus. Ada terlalu banyak kafe dan restoran di dekatnya untuk disebutkan. Tempat tidurnya sangat bagus dan nyaman serta tidak terlalu keras seperti banyak hotel lainnya. Kamar mandinya besar dan AC-nya bekerja dengan sempurna. Kami sangat menyukai hotel ini dan pasti akan kembali lagi. Terima kasih kepada staf Hotel yang telah melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik.

TTamuI recently had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Brisbane. The overall experience was delightful, starting with the warm and friendly check-in process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with a range of options to suit all tastes. The service in the dining area was efficient and attentive, making for a great start to each day.
The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to explore Brisbane's attractions. I highly recommend the Marriott Brisbane for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

KKei.missingLiving Room bar is a must to visit !! Tony and his colleagues were super hospitable, mixed us most of the menu items, and our favourites were the Beet-ness and Espresso 2.0. We stayed for only the one night on the 19th floor and thought the view at night was great. Waking up to see so much of Brisbane in the morning was a real surprise. Breakfast Buffet menu options were vast, however we chose from the à la carte menu paired with some fantastic coffees to start the day.

NNoodleCupKGood value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone.

TTamuAn absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast.
I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area.
Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved:
* the included healthy breakfast,
* free on-site parking
*Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch)
* very friendly and kind staff
* neat and good layout of room
* comfortable bed
* good air conditioning
* friendly people throughout the building
* walking distance to Chermside shopping centre
* excellent price
Thing I didn't like as much:
* not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways
* the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping.
Highly recommended.

TTamuChecking system is shocking had to ring to obtain code for the Hotel and then for the room. The first codes given didn't work had to phone again for another lot of codes. There is no free phone for this service. All at the clients expense. Not a good checkin system at all. There were many other people experiencing that same problem GET IT SORTED
