Lindner Hotel Bratislava

Good hotel with good location. Car parking on the basement and it is additional charge for 40 euro.

It was my first stay in a Lindner hotel which was recently acquired by Hyatt and merged into the Joie de Vivre brand. JdV is a full service brand so I somehow expected something similar from Lindner but I was moderately disappointed - Lindner was a clear step below JdV. That said, for the price I paid I cannot say that it was unacceptable; Lindner was fairly inexpensive and the product is relatively well aligned with the price. The good news is that I was upgraded to a junior suite as Hyatt Globalist guest so no complaint about the treatment. That said, the room felt far more like a Holiday Inn or a Novotel than a full service hotel within Hyatt group. The shower was in the bathtub and there was only one door to the bathroom, either to close the toilet enclosure or to close the bathroom itself; it was not possible to close both at the same time because the same door was used for both. Also the bathroom toiletries were cheap no-name stuff. Last but not least, the dark brown carpet was pretty uninspiring. Where the hotel performed better was in terms of breakfast which felt on par with what this hotel should be regarding the food choices and the quality. However I was a bit surprised about how it worked because my understanding is that breakfast is not provided for free to all guests at this hotel but staff just let anybody walk in and serve themselves. In fact there was very little service in the restaurant as nobody spoke to us the entire time we were there. Overall while my comments above might seem on balance more negative than positive, since we can pay a bit more than 100 EUR for a room at this hotel which is also Hyatt category 1 for points redemptions, it's hard to be overly harsh. I simply don't think it fits JdV well but the hotel on its own is ok.

As being on business trip a quiet, large, and clean room was preferred with good technical equipments. Checkin amd checkout procedure went smooth, staff were really polite and professional. Thank you.

During our recent visit to Bratislava, we had the pleasure of staying at Lindner Hotel Bratislava, and I must say, even if we just stayed one night, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. The location of the hotel is superb, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff who made check-in a breeze. The lobby area is sleek and contemporary, setting a tone of modern elegance that carried throughout the entire hotel. Our two rooms at Lindner Hotel Bratislava were spacious. The decor was stylish yet understated, creating a calming atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The view from our rooms overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially during sunset. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both hot and cold items, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The quality of food was excellent, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, Lindner Hotel Bratislava provided a perfect blend of modern comfort, excellent service, and convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bratislava, as it truly enhances the experience of exploring this beautiful city.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindner. Darius checked us in and gave us valuable information on sights to see and restaurants. Peter was helpful as well. With our Hyatt status we were upgraded to a nice room with a view of the castle. Would love to come back and stay again
