Very pleasant atmosphere, special hotel design both in the lobby and in the room.

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

1. Basically, all hotel facilities have to be paid separately, which is 12 euros per day. I think this is a bit unreasonable, because usually the gym and swimming pool should be included, but all the equipment in this hotel has to be paid separately, so you should pay attention to this. 2. At two o'clock in the morning, my heater broke down and there was no heating. I called the front desk to change the situation, but then the heater came back. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the heater broke down again. I reported it to the front desk, but it happened again later. I don't know if the front desk turned off the heater intentionally to save energy, or if the heater is really malfunctioning? I think the price-performance ratio is a bit low because all equipment has to be paid separately.

One of the best hotels I have visited. The reception staff, especially the employee Gabriella, have a very high level of professionalism The rooms are very clean Breakfast is varied and delicious And the service is very wonderful The work crew is very friendly Thank you from my heart

It's perfect, there's nothing to complain about. All the staff take great care, everything is luxurious. The staff speaks perfect English. Great luxury!!! Thank you for everything !
