Ulasan Branson Towers Hotel

Overall, we had a good experience. It was clean, safe and in a convenient location. Our only complaint (at no fault of the hotel) is that there was so much noise on the floor above us all night long all 3 nights of our stay (and I mean truly all night long, it began at about 10:30/11 pm each night and lasted until 5/6 am) that my toddler was being woken up hourly which was less than ideal

I booked this hotel for spring break, they neglected to tell me the pool was closed even though that was the reason we booked this hotel. Staff said the pool closure was listed on the website but it was not. Staff at front desk had a bad attitude, however the manager was helpful, hotel was outdated.

Staff was nice and the room was fine. Breakfast was good. No warning that the hot tub and pool were closed until we had already arrived. We picked this hotel specifically because they had those things. We checked out after one night and were refunded for the other two nights.

Nice stay, bed was comfortable, service was great, lobby was a little dirty, but hey it was spring break.

We have young kids and always look for an indoor pool when traveling in the winter months, and this pool was awesome! The same goes for included breakfast, and this breakfast was great! The room was clean and just right for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay. It’s a nice hotel but this time we got a room that with a door that didn’t lock from inside and the air only worked sometimes. The doors peep hole look like it could just be pulled out. We called when we made our reservation and asked to be placed on the bottom floor and when we got there we were able on the third floor. We called at least two weeks in advance. Overall we still like the hotel. Great hotel for a great price.

Beautiful lobby and decent room. We had issues with the fridge freezing our food and drinks the whole stay even with turning the temp down and the toilet didn’t flush properly but the location was perfect for what we wanted and overall a good stay.

Very budget friendly hotel. Rooms are good size and clean. The swimming pool and hottub were nice and warm for these cooler days. Open till 11, which is nice when coming back from SDC or shows. Plenty of plugins for electronics and fridge was cold. The breakfast choices were nice with hot choices such as biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles. There were grab and go options too. Also, cereal. Check-in and check-out was easy. Not on the busy *****, but close enough to drive to any activity. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was toilet in room did not always flush well. Solution... use the lobby one. Nice place.

Very good hotel with excellent service and clean rooms. Only issue was the indoor pool had to go outside to and from it during freezing temps.

We were close to everything we had planed for the weekend and close to gas stations. We loved the arcade and pool how it was open till 11 only down fall was the hot tob was closed but other than that we are booking here again next time

The king/2 queen suite showed photos of a larger common area with TV, Sofa and additional seating, a 4 chair small dining table, Small counter with Microwave/Fridge, deep tub, etc. What we got was two adjoining rooms. The king room did have a sofa and TV in a very small nook. I could have gotten adjoining rooms elsewhere for much less money. Also the breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, canned mandarin oranges and a few more bread options with juice. No fresh fruit, no protein options. The hot food set-up was not even open. The people above us sounded like they were herding cattle all night. The room was clean and beds comfortable. I should have done more research. Not my best job of choosing. Construction/remodeling going on. Lots of fresh paint smell. Not necessarily a bad thing. .

They are in the process of renovations. Therefore the halls are lined with construction material. However the staff was excellent and our room was clean. It was a good stay

Our stay at Branson Towers was great. The desk clerk was pleasant and informative. The room was roomy and very clean! Breakfast was very satisfying. We will consider this location on our next visit.

Entering the greeting area is amazing thru the front doors. Clean beautiful stair cases just luxurious looking. Get to your room complete dump. Pretty sure has not been updated or painted inside the rooms for 25 years. 50 yards outside to a very nice enclosed pool and tub. Was heated and warm very nice pretty much the reason we ended up staying instead of leaving. Breakfast was worst I have ever seen at a hotel. They could not of done any worse down to the gallon of milk being shared in the little fridge for the fruit loops. Basically was told it’s off season and deal with it 😂
