Ulasan Premier Inn Braintree (A120)

Lovely night sleep as always. Clean room and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Food excellent and the meal deal (BB&EM) great value for money. Staff very friendly as well. We have stayed at this one a few times now and we are never disappointed.

Lovely location. Such very friendly staff. We asked for an upstairs quiet room and got one. They were concerned because I use a walking stick, but we reassured them I can do stairs. Thank you for your concern. Will definitely stay there again. Not too far to the Outlet centre on foot.

Clean good location would recommend would stay again restaurant very close staff very friendly free parking which is not always the case has a petrol station very close by with a coop and a subway easy to find worth upgrade to better WiFi as the WiFi is not great

I stay in premier inns all the time for business and this is the worst I have stayed in for a long time as it needs a refurb and some TLC. Carpets are thread bare, mould in the bath room, mastic hanging off, holes in the walls, curtains hanging off and unbearably hot due to no air con. The only positive is the bed is comfy

Stayed for one night before travelling from Stansted the following day. Receptionist helpful friendly and polite. Room was large, the biggest we have used at a PI, Travelodge etc, and felt like an old family room. It was a tad dated but had been well maintained and was perfectly adequate for our one night stay. Will use again

Amazing stay! Max the night shift, was very helpful as we arrived very late at night with a tiny baby, he checked us in fast and efficient. The room was perfectly settled for a family with a baby( a cot was besides a double bed). The room and bathroom were spotless, this is a real comliment to the housekeepers. The hotel itself situated in perfect spot. It's around 1 minute to walk to COOP petrol station which has 24/7 shop with food and all essentials needs. Easy access to the hotel from A120

Came to visit family and stayed a few days, nothing was to much trouble and can’t fault the staff, everyone was lovely, had a lovely note to welcome me with some chocolate and a bottle of water, would definitely recommend friends or family staying and will definitely be back

Fantastic hotel. Staff are lovely, breakfast was superb, room was very clean, parking was easy and our room was perfectly setup for our young family when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and all the family felt safe. Great location for nearby attractions in the area, including Colchester Zoo. Thank you.

Amazing stay, couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The staff went an extra mile during my stay, one in particular Amanda. Amanda serviced my room to a great standard and even left some chocolate for us too. Really appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel and just as expected. We booked at short notice as we were flying out of Stansted and fog was forecast. Decided it would be good to be closer to the airport. We requested a downstairs room as we had a heavy suitcase and this was what we got. The check in was good and the room clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we went to The Orange Tree pub down the road which we probably wouldn’t rush back to. There was a sign up in the reception to say there was a limited menu at the hotel’s restaurant but not sure why this was. Would certainly go back if we were looking to stay close to Stansted again. It was good value for money and the usual very comfortable Premier Inn bed.

Stayed at Braintree A120 only for 1 night . The team made us feel really welcome. The check in was quick and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable . We had a little surprise of biscuits in the room with a welcome note . Definitely recommend this hotel .

great little place, staff are welcoming and friendly . only down side is WiFi is slow and lags out occasionally also can not connect consoles to it. Room was well equipped room. breakfast is value for money as kids eat for free. May want to look at the bacon 🥓 😋

Room 28 - mould around the window frame, curtains didn't open, big crack in the sink, bathroom light didn't work, rusty bathroom fittings, mouldy tile grout. Not sure why I'm leaving this review as the receptionist told me nobody reads them!

Went for a business trip. The tvs didn't work the excise was that it was due to the storm, which is fine we wernt really watching them as we were there on business, but the WiFi didn't work, was extremely intermittent and really put us behind this was not helpful at all so we had to go and find somewhere with wifi
