My 3rd time staying in this hotel this time in room 319 the room was good and bed was comfortable massive bathroom. Only down side to this stay was the fire alarm going off at 6am in the morning. No view from the window and the bathroom door didn't shut as it was hanging off the hinges. But I'd use the hotel again

Whilst the hotel and staff were very good,the room had cobwebs around the windows and the mattress had blood stains on it.

The room was a traditional style hotel room although very large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet but left a bit to be desired.

The location is brilliant in the city centre just a 5 minute walk from the bus/train station. However the utensils seemed dusty and the bathrooms needed some mopping which wasn't impressive given the charge rate at the time. The breakfast service wasn't so great as either they didn't have enough stocks or the refills never came on time

Good stay overall. Only problem was there was a spider on the bed! But everything else was great. Good location, spacious room and clean environment. Definitely recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay. The Christmas Tree is spectacular. Service was good. Bar snacks were very reasonable. Room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely building, room felt dated. Check in didn't take long, but tried to charge me again, despite paying at the time of booking. At 7.45 in the morning the banging and drilling started from the above. Ridiculously loud noise and unnecessary time to start in a hotel. Was looking forward to a good night sleep without having the kids but this was ruined. Won't be returning, plenty of better options available in Bradford.
