Excellent Service from Jess and Maxine. Had a very nice meal and service. With 2 clients for an evening meal and networking. Would recommend. The Food was excellent and the bar was busy, but the staff made sure that we were looked after. Good value for money and clean tables.

Staff were very welcoming! Jess was a lovely waitress and saw to all our needs. Restaurant was clean and tidy as one would expect. Food was well presented and scrumptious. I would very much recommend a stay to anyone visiting nearby London or surrounding area.

The bed is incredibly comfortable, room and shower has amazing water pressure Caroline, Shova Petra and the rest of the dining staff are absolutely fantastic waitresses! Made dinner a great experience! The food was good, came out promptly, would recommend the steak! Always served with a smile!

We came here last year with a big group for a tournament with about 30 people to get impeccable service. We were able to pre-book, pre-choose our meals and get served quickly and efficiently. HOWEVER, we came back this year with the same group and a few more people, to be reused pre-booking adding more pressure to the 2 bar staff. There was about a 3 hour wait time for some food to get served, leaving people hungry and angry. One of the only positive of this experience was the worker Caroline at breakfast who kept a smile on our faces, and recommended multiple places to kill time whilst continuously working. Also shout out to the worker Petra who handled the large order like a champ.

Petra was the waitress I had and I must admit she was wonderful, she served with a smile, always happy to help and made me feel very welcome. She is a credit to the Premier Inn and if I'm ever back in Bracknell I will 100% eat in the restaurant for the service again.

Went to the pub and had an incredible evening. Were there to socialise after 24-7 Prayer conference and were served by the lovely Caroline, Petra and Shova. Really lovely time with good service - thank you all! Will definitely be coming back and potentially staying next year!
