I was shocked to see rats running around the car park between the hotel and the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. It was really off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself was fine, but this issue definitely detracted from the experience.

I’ve stayed in Premier Inn for many years for business, Bracknell Central Hotel staff from the receptionists, bar staff to the cooks were all amazing and very friendly, they couldn’t do enough for me. Maxine and Jess in the evening and Judit & Viktoria for breakfast were first class. I used to stay at another Premier Inn not too far away but in the future I will only be staying here as it made my business trip very pleasurable and comfortable.

Room was a good size, and the kids had plenty of room to be active without being in each others spaces. We eat at the restaurant and it was great service made us all feel welcome, especially Caroline who was our waitress for the night who made the kids and us feel at home after a long day.

I Stayed there for 4 nights while on a course for my work the room was clean and warm maxine and jess in restaurant very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to help everyone food was very nice I would especially recommend the hand made pizza

Great stay, room was nice. It was clean, tidy and staff were great especially in the restaurant! Only stayed for a business trip so location was okay for that but not a lot around at all. Over all very nice stay. staff are very accommodating in the restaurant mainly Maxine and Jess👍

Convenience location in Bracknell. Rooms fine enough. Was a little noisy with thumping from the room above. Restaurant service was particularly excellent, especially Caroline and Harley. Would definitely stay again (on top floor though).

Clean rooms as usual to premier inn standard. Loads of parking Pub next door the weathervane was easy going and staff were attentive. Food was decent for the price. Stopped here for two nights and had pizza both nights Jess was brilliant and funny
