Tiny ants in the room was very uncomfortable, could have been worse . Staff was very nice

I appreciated the location - it feels a bit secluded with woods around and relatively quiet, even though it’s near the main road. There are grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby (accessible by car). The bed was comfortable and taking bath was great and helpful for resting and warming up after a long day. I recommend.

Great location. We stay here often from Toronto, Ontario. Always clean and close to everything for us.

酒店環境總體還行，不過當天酒店設備損壞，沒有熱水，沒法洗澡，後來實在沒辦法涼水沖了一下，有些冷，非常遺憾！

Great location. Good price. Friendly staff. Beds are small. Water was nice and hot in the shower. Not enough towels for 4 people. Mold in the bathroom. A little dirty. Great value for the price, would definately stay here again.

Where to start? Not clean. Stains on walls. Mirrors not clean. Bath tub gross. Floor sticky and dirty. Bed linens clean. Towels clean. We had booked for 2 nights and couldnt change our booking. We ****** it up. There are some shady guests. Not sure if they are full time renters. Check-in was very pleasant. One bed fairly comfortable the other bed you could feel the springs. Flat pillows. A good location but did not feel safe. Def not worth $80 plus a night. Needs to be shut down and overhauled. Have stayed at far better Red Roof Inn's.

The place was fine for the price. Rooms were big and clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked. (People in the next room complained that the shower didn’t drain quickly.) The place is advertised as having breakfast, this was one of the reasons we chose it. We had seniors and a kid in our group. You apparently need to have membership to get breakfast, which added 25 minutes to the check-in process for memberships we’ll never use again. Plus everyone needed a membership so my kid couldn’t get a breakfast. I would’ve gladly paid extra to get breakfast for everyone without stress. The breakfast is granola bar, yogurt, apple, and mini-croissant. It was not a huge expense, but this was extremely annoying to deal with.

This place actually does not have EV charger and falsely advertise themselves as having this facility available. Will never trust this brand again.

Apparently i over paid for room waited 45 to get checked in. Got to room there was vomit not cleaned on side bed

The staff at check-in was very friendly. They also upgraded our room free of charge after they realized a crib for my baby could not be arranged.

This is a very basic motel. It was clean and met our needs for an affordable place to stay.

Were able to get a room on the side of the hotel we prefer, and what we paid for. Room could have been a little cleaner. Carpeting by side of bed/wall hadn't been vacuumed. No shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. We stayed a night it had snowed overnight. No shoveling was done on the walkways (we left around 10:30am). Path had been shoveled near the office though.

We were there for only one night. Room was very clean and in great condition. Lobby staff was very friendly and even called us after we were in our room to make sure everything was okay.
