There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. There is a mini fridge in the game room and a mini fridge in one of the downstairs suites.- There is a washer and dryer inside the house as well as another washer and two more dryers in the garage!Outdoor Space- The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled between EVERY guest stay!- Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. The house is on the golf course for a fantastic view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing!Other Amenities- 10 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included!- 6-8 adult and 4-6 kid bikes provided in the garage.- All bedrooms except two have smart TVs for you to use your favorite streaming service.- Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs, downstairs, and game room.IMPORTANT INFO:This is a full home rental with self-check-in.
