It is anactive lake with jet ski's, wake boarding, water skiing,sailing, and fishing. The apartment does have stairs and is not handicap accessible. On Friday and Saturday night there is a DJ and it is very loud upstairs until bar close. Quite a bit quieter during the week but still above a bar. It is possible for a boat slip for an additional $200 per night.
