Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms accommodate two people with queen beds, and they have ensuite bathrooms. The other two upstairs bedrooms adjoin and share an ensuite bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom with a full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom downstairs.There is a lovely, generous front porch with ample seating and views of Northway Brewery, the valley and gorgeous sunsets. The half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located on the first floor, off the sitting room. The backyard, with built in fireplace, stone patio, tables and chairs, bbq grill and games is a great place for relaxing, fun and dining. With no neighbors to the sides, the backyard space is very private.Parking is never an issue, with a circular driveway and ample parking for several vehicles. Take a 5 minute stroll down the road to Ommegang Brewery for great beer, food, brewery tours, live music, Bingo Brunch and Frisbee Golf. You must have a vehicle as we are 3 miles from downtown Cooperstown. There is a taxi service and also Uber just started in the area. Activities nearby: Dreams Park Baseball, Susquehanna River activities, Goodyear Lake, Otsego Lake, golf, hiking, Cooperstown shopping. Also, Ommegang Brewery, Red Shed Brewery is 2 miles south of the house.
