We were looking forward to spending a week in Paris and staying with the whole family at what seemed to be a very cozy hotel. And our expectations were met! We had a good feeling from the very beginning and greatly appreciated the friendly staff and the very accommodating and service-oriented personnel who would readily assist with anything we needed. The backyard garden was quiet, peaceful, and pleasant. We stayed in the family apartment with three teenagers, and it was perfect for us.

Perfect stay at this lovely little family run hotel. Alexandre and his team were all incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk from Roland Garros and close to the Metro, it was a perfect location for us. Our duplex room was clean, quiet and as seen in the photos. Having breakfast in the beautiful garden was blissful. So relaxing, fresh, tasty and plentiful. Good value at $12 pp for OJ, coffee, crusty bread, pain au chocolat and croissant. We happily highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book early if we ever return to Paris.

We were in the villa from 29.9.22-7.10.22. The room was big and exactly like in the photo on the website. clean and tidy. Close to the metro, about a 3-minute walk. Close to the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. The place itself is quiet. The employees were lovely and willing to help with any question or problem. The manager of the place, Alexander, was professional and kind and helped us with a medical problem we had. We thank all the staff for the successful stay we had at your hotel. Wonderful place to rest after exploring crowded and loud Paris. Very well connected to all sides of Paris. Metro station just a few steps away. A bit oldfashoned but stylish, big, clean and comfortable rooms. Mini kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare a lazy breakfast from delicious local food. You can eat in the room or in the garden regardless if you prepare it yourself or order from the villa stuff. Around the place fantastic bakery, several shops with high quality local specialities and you can’t miss local marche with fruits, vegetables, olives, chees and much more - Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Very friendly stuff. Several cafes and restaurants in walking distance. I took there my mum for her birthday and we spent a memorable week.

Beautiful family run hotel with good vibes and great service. Nice garden breakfast when weather allows. The walk to Roland-Garros took us 5 minutes and the very nice Le Parc Bistro even shorter walk. 5 out of 5 and recommended with no hesitation.

Wow! What a find. Visited with our 3yr old, 6 yr old and 8 yr old. Stayed 2 nights in their 6 bed family suite. Due to ferry delays at Dover, we arrived much later than expected and later than reception normally opens until. They very kindly stayed until we arrived. The room was lovely, very clean and had a hidden kitchenette with everything you might wish to use for a short stay in Paris. We used their underground parking (fitted our Land Rover Discovery!). Located very close to Roland Garros and Parc de Princes. Beautiful, quiet location. Easily accessible into central Paris by metro or walking. Thank you 😊

Hôtel horrible commercialement. Je confirme le précédent commentaire! Ils refusent de modifier une réservation alors qu’ils sont prévenus bien en amont et qu’ils ont de la place aux dates souhaitées. Ils m’ont volé 350€ et à cause de cela je ne pourrai pas passer Noël en famille. À FUIR!!!!!

Aucune compensation : mon fils a eu un très grave accident de voiture avant notre séjour prévu dans cet établissement (nous devions assister aux rencontres de hockey dans le cadre des JO). Malgré l'envoi de justificatifs refus catégorique de nous rembourser le montant payé lors de la réservation. Propriétaire inflexible : un tarif non annulable est non annulable peu importe les circonstances Sans doute juridiquement correct mais humainement et commercialement détestable bon à savoir au moment de réserver.... Voila un endroit où nous ne mettrons jamais les pieds.

Estuvimos el finde antes de Semana Santa. Llegamos un viernes y ese día abría el Louvre hasta las 21:30, cuando salimos fuimos a cenar. Llegamos al hotel a las 23:30. A las 23:35 un señor viene a decirnos que estamos haciendo mucho ruido, algo que no es verdad, el problema es que las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas y las luces de la habitación al abrir no funcionaban por lo que hicimos más ruido intentando averiguar como encender las luces. Al día siguiente el dueño del hotel nos acusó de llegar borrachos y nos amenazó con echarnos. No sé porqué creyó al otro inquilino y no a nosotros, quizá sea cuestión de racismo o clasismo... Y por otro lado, no venimos de España a beber en Francia, para eso me quedo en m país. Somos un profesor, un oficial de policial, un maquinista de tren de alta velocidad y una administrativa, tenemos una edad y unos conocimientos suficientes para comportarnos. Las habitaciones están sucias, se puede ver en las imágenes, encontramos pañuelos usados debajo de la cama y la moqueta daba miedo verla, no hay cortina de ducha y las ventanas no funcionan bien, los muebles están dañados y la mini cocina mejor no usarla. El sofá también estaba sucio como se puede ver y una de las camas hacía tanto ruido que no podías no respirar mientras dormias. En resumen, si tanto le preocupa el ruido debería insonorizar mejor las habitaciones y por supuesto no dar por verdadera la versión de unos inquilinos frente a otros, porque apesta a racismo. La ubicación sin más, no está en París pero tiene metro cerca a 30 min aprox del centro.
