It was a quick trip, I didn't get checked in until 3am and left out @9 am. The room was very clean. I was able to grab a quick bagel thanks to the free breakfast buffet. My car was waiting for me and my bag was place in my car by the attendant. Once I was home checking my emails I realized my stay was prorated and I was not charged a full day. I really appreciate them for noticing and applying the credit. I will be choosing Embassy Suites for future trips to Boston.

Pros - location near train station , easy location to use local bus Cons - Breakfast was using voucher worth USD20 per room which could be used at Starbucks at lobby or at the cafe but I believe a cash top up is needed if you are having their buffet which is a very limited choice . Also no amenities kit (toothbrush, shower cap given) - have to request. Same for bedroom slippers . No bottled water in room.

The location is not very convenient but they have a large outdoor parking lot. The room look tidy but old. There is window of the room facing the corridor which a dusky curtain that making the sound isolation and privacy not the best. The washroom is relatively small that the tower and sink cannot fit or place inside the washroom. Overall, I would only recommend for a quick rest.

The hotel is okay, but two unknown purchases have occurred, and it is not clear whether it is a hotel problem or a bank problem

The sea view of the port is just outside the window of the room, it's beautiful! The hotel is very convenient to the airport. There is a shuttle bus starting at 8:30 in the morning, every 15 minutes. There is also a round-trip bus to the famous Newbury Street. It only costs 6 dollars for a one-way trip. The room is clean and tidy, and you can pick up ice cubes in the corridor. The hotel has a buffet. In short, it is very suitable for traveling.

It's okay, the price-performance ratio is average. When booking, it was said that the room is 42 square meters, but it may actually be less than 20 square meters. The facilities are a bit old, but in line with expectations. There are many guests. There is free parking, but it takes a while to find a parking space at night.

The only drawback is that it is very difficult to get a taxi or ride-hailing service nearby. We persisted in booking an Uber, and it took about an hour before we got one. It’s about $65 from the hotel to Waikiki Beach. However, this is still a very beautiful hotel. One ticket for the cultural center next door is good for three days. So it will be more reasonable to book two nights in the future. This way you can walk back to the hotel to rest after the show in the evening. You can go again the next day. By the way, hotel parking requires another $20. Everything else is fine. recommend! Come again in the future!

This is a newly opened hotel in Boston, so the facilities are all new and there are no problems. The design is also OK. The surrounding streets are very safe. But looking out the window, you can only see other buildings, and there is no scenery. The hotel breakfast is above average.
