Ulasan Copley Square Hotel, a Found Hotel

Ruangannya sangat kecil, sekitar 20 meter persegi. Fasilitas kamar standar, tidak ada tempat gantung baju, tidak ada mesin kopi dan teh celup. Gelasnya adalah gelas plastik sekali pakai, dan papan kayu di sisi wastafel kamar mandi rusak. Fasilitas dan peralatannya sudah tua dan rusak. Pas check in harus menggesek 6 kartu di front desk untuk security deposit. Teman saya yang travelling bersama kami bilang tidak bisa. Setelah bersusah payah lama, ternyata sistem hotelnya rusak Yang aneh adalah pelayannya tidak menunjukkan penyesalan sama sekali. Hotel yang mahal, saya sangat kecewa, tidak hemat biaya, saya menyesal memesan selama tiga hari, saya mendapat pelajaran yang mendalam.

Tinggal di hotel yang dibangun lebih dari seratus tahun yang lalu, sangat nyaman dikelilingi oleh supermarket, perpustakaan, gereja, stasiun, kereta bawah tanah, dan restoran! Pelayanan hotelnya bagus. Jika Anda termasuk orang yang peka terhadap sejarah, Anda berada di tempat yang tepat.

Perfectly located in my favourite part of Boston in Back Bay, only 5 min walk from museums, shops, nice restaurants and live music. Spacious clean rooms, friendly service, historical design but made modern. Loved it and will definitely return here when in Boston!

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com for a double double bed room, and I got a single double bed, which I had to share with my teenage son. They didn’t give me what I booked and when I called the front desk they said that I used a third-party so there’s nothing I could do about it. Trip.com accommodated me with extra trip coins for the trouble, but it was horrible and on top of it the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The window in my room was broken and taped up. It was a musty smell in the room, not good ventilation because the room was so small. This large vent was right on top of the bed blowing either hot or cold air so I just turned it off. The floor was not level so you felt off. I would never go back to this hotel again. If you happen to go to this hotel, don’t book it through a third-party, which their rates on their website are ridiculous for this old dilapidated hotel.

Good value for the location. The gym is quite tight. The front desk service (after a couple of stays) is wildly uneven. The good news is that at least one crew is really good: attentive, courteous, good communicators. The downside is at least two of the other crews are not so much in my experience of using their service and observing it.

整體來説，現在美國的酒店服務都如此，正常入住，多一句話都沒有，好在酒店比較新，現在在美國不能入住開業時間的酒店，很少更新，房間跟陳舊，酒店位置不錯，周邊臨近大學，博物館，但是價格也不錯

性價比很低。就是地段好。前台服務員辦理入住體驗很差，系統宕機。房間老舊。

酒店位置非常好，處於波士頓市中心。，旁邊就是波士頓圖書館和三一教堂。服務態度也非常好，酒店有一定的歷史，房間偏小，並且部分房間窗是對着天井的。

住這個酒店不要訂大床房，大床房的房間都靠內，不被陽光照射，要訂房衹能訂雙床房。 酒店乾淨，床舒適。

房間很好👌洗漱間大有方便。但是，電梯🛗有點陳舊感，需要等待時間較長。

強烈推薦，位置好，前台很細心，還有24小時免費自助咖啡呢
