A snow storm hit the weekend I came to Boston. The concierge service was a delightful help and very informative.

Everything was really perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Especially beds were comforable.

Watch out where you staying ! We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We had a flight next morning so we booked your hotel as usual but we got connection room that I didn’t know even when we are check in there is nothing mentioned We were about to fall asleep around 12am and we hearing some grrrrrrr grrrrrrrr I thought A/C had something problems and we realized we HEARING someone’s snoring our next door!!!! And we couldn’t sleep at all stayed all night to go the airport next morning …. I got so mad… we paid for a night $550 at 5stars hotel and no sleep …no comfort there is no difference $80 inn out there.. So i claimed it next day when I checked out There is one lady who helped me checked out she told me she cant do anything with it but she will give me Email address of manager so i can claim through them But Email also Wrong ! What a WORST experience ever Years of good experiences have all crumbled this year. Anyways watch out where are you staying the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room/view were beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

挺適合和朋友一起出去玩的時候住的，第一次住這這個酒店服務挺好的，旁邊有一個海洋館離得很近，離唐人街也不遠，很方便。我們還去了美術館也特別舒服。 服務：服務態度很好 環境：挺乾淨衞生的 設施：相對比較新

1.客房舒適度 客房寬敞、整潔，床鋪舒適，營造出豪華舒適的氛圍。 2.位置 酒店地理位置優越，靠近車站和市中心，交通便利。毗鄰華人街和購物街，距離旅遊景點也很近。周邊環境優美，可欣賞波士頓美景。 3.早餐 早餐豐盛美味可口，簡潔但質量高，是自助式，一切都很新鮮。 4.衞生 這家住宿的清潔度非常好，房間乾淨整潔。

非常棒的酒店，位置優越，交通便利。酒店門前有條小河，還挨着一個博物館，遛彎兒首選。房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，又續住了兩年，在波士頓深度遊。酒店早餐很豐富，力推👍

酒店的聖誕氣氛濃郁，餐廳的環境服務口味很棒，房間的衞生欠缺些，台盆和地墊下都見到上一回客人的長頭髮。

酒店位子不錯 外面風景也不錯，離紐伯裏街就走路要30分鐘左右，房間裏面不錯空間也可以，裝修比較新，類似於國內的洲際差不多，但是房間比國內的小，因為這個房型窗外的視野不是很好，對面就是房子有點壓抑，所以房型很重要，感覺前台態度不是很好，本來要升級房間，那個前台小哥慢的我受不了，叫他幫我升個房間不是很願意的樣子。

入住時問能不能給一個看城市景的房，前台那廝微笑着説你定的房間看不了。接了房卡，進房間一看 挺寬敞，衞生間也夠大。就是有嗡嗡的噪音，檢查了一下，注意到隔壁是一個製冰機，原來是它的聲音。就直接找了一個櫃枱裏的人 説了一下情況，他馬上陪我上去看，原本他説可以把製冰機關了 但諮詢以後説冰會融化成水溢出來。但是也沒有空房了。給我耳塞 我拒絕了。他説看看當天晚上有沒有預訂了但不來的。我説我就等着了。結果等了半個多小時左右，估計12點之前打來電話説有一位取消了。他拿房卡上來 換了房，安靜多了。記下來他的名字：洲際酒店前台經理******。衹能説我運氣還不錯，那晚如果沒有人取消預訂我就遭殃了。

第一次來波士頓，非常喜歡這個平和 安靜的城市，酒店位置便利，附近可以走到很多好逛的地方，酒店人員親切 暖心，以後來繼續住！

房間寬敞舒適、整潔衞生， 酒店環境幽雅別緻，早餐豐盛美味可口。

酒店地理位置優越交通方便，靠海灣周邊環境好，酒店有些年頭了，設施比較舊但也完備。衞生乾淨整潔，行政酒廊提供早餐和傍晚歡樂時光酒水。入住時出現了烏龍，酒店派會講中文的經理和我們積極溝通，在攜程及時的介入下得到解決。雖出現問題但我們還是看到酒店方和攜程的滿滿的誠意。
