Good Location for work, Gym is excellent, never tried the food. Overall very clean

We stayed Sat6th Dec had a wonderful stay exallent reception staff and delightful girls serving breakfast  Will definitely stayy again

Reception & restaurant staff were helpful, but housekeeping is rather poor : didn't replenish tea/ coffee as well as hand soap, left previous customer's hair in bath and had to be asked to clean up room. Shower is very weak, so not great for hot summer days. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant staff are cheerful and helpful. Overall ok, but not good value for money.

A really poor experience - dismissive front desk staff, a baking hot room, and WiFi that simply doesn't work.

Nice hotel good location!

Disappointed that such a nice hotel doesn't have any air-conditioning in the rooms. We had a terrible and uncomfortable hot night. Sleeping was very difficult with a tiny standing fun provided. Unfortunately the hotel was unwilling to compensate us, which was shocking.

I really like the hotel and it's pretty relaxing and there is free parking. The check-in was easy and very professional. The breakfast is big and good. I really enjoy staying at this hotel. its worth every penny

Clean nice staff good area

乾乾淨淨.沒有太多要求住一晚的商務可以選擇，要自己帶牙刷牙膏拖鞋。

酒店需要在倫敦市區乘坐輕軌小火車才能抵達。小鎮是全球的影視製作中心之一。酒店附近有一個BP 加油站和M&S超市，比較方便。酒店內🈶不錯的酒吧和餐廳。房間舒適性價比高。
