Ulasan Henann Crystal Sands Resort

We stayed at Henann Crystal Sands for 4D3N. You can never go wrong with Henann Group of Hotels. Their service was excellent, from Airport transfer to hotel itself. We really had a good stay with them. The ground pool and skydeck pool was beautiful. The staffs are very accommodating especially their room services. Thank you very much Henann Crystal Sands. See you again on our next Boracay trip.

We were accommodated for early check-in. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The food at Sapphire Restaurant was delicious (especially the Mango Float); there were plenty of choices for the buffet breakfast. Housekeeping services were very attentive and responds immediately to requests.

A great hotel. I am a critic been to hotels in.over 55 countries. I refused to pay the deposit but gave in as it was their policy ! I was not disappointed. This hotel is 5 star due to the courteous staff and management, who make you feel like royalty. The facilities are top class like the rooms that come equipped with flip flops, tea and coffee, gowns, hot water in the showers and comfy beds with smart TV. The massages are top class, the skypool, the big pool aswell, and great breakfast. Not forgetting the beachfront view. You get the best sunsets I have ever seen. All the comforts if you are looking for a top star hotel. Well done Hennan crystal sands !

Excellent value. Located in the heart of the island. Can pretty much walk everywhere. We stayed at a Premier Room. Huge comfortable bed. I’d stay again

Je experience at Henan crystal resort was just amazing. The next time I will visit boracay I will definitely book again . They have the best pool view and beach pool . All the service serve with respect . It's 100/100 . Really polite, and for the good really nice they have different option from different country. They can serve you anytime if you need something . For the check in we arrive around 10 am it was really early since it was suppose to be at 3 pm . But they didn't let us outside, they have us access to the pool and drink .

Most importantly, the room is clean and comfortable. Elegant place, especially their pool. Nice barista and staff at pool bar.

Beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect. The location is fantastic for swimmers and shopping lovers!

This hotel did not allow free cancellation nor date modification even if our reason is valid due to typhoon Aghon. We were hit by a typhoon here in Quezon province. Heavy flooding and strong winds wont allow us a transportation going to the airport. We have informed the hotel and Trip.com negotiate with them patiently but they dont have mercy. :( Anyway thank you Trip.com for your help and for patiently communicating with them regarding this matter and also for giving me some consideration regarding this booking.

The staff were inattentive. The room is pricey for the size and its amenities, the hair dryer was old and so are the rooms. The furnitures are somewhat dirty and dusty. I won’t recommend to stay here. The staff were irresponsible and no common sense at all. The only good thing here was their sky pool (if you use it) and the breakfast buffet is okay. Not baby friendly at all
