5 days away, 2 adults, 1 child & a baby,, stayed in the annex, which is just across the road from the main hotel, restaurant area,, which is right on the beach, decent location, rooms were fine, good AC, a roof top pool,, but it was more the service and helpfulness of all the staff that made this a better stay,, nothing was too much trouble for any of them,, don’t expect the glamours of a top class hotel,,, but I would highly recommend this as a place to stay Its

Wonderful hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Large room. Right on the beach. Great buffet breakfast. Fantastic staff. Comfortable beds. Excellent location with easy access to transportation. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Good location in station 1. Manager Jess and his staff, specially Nilo and the ladies at the front desk were excellent. The service desk at the annex portion tho were not as good. Breakfast was ok, freshly cooked omelettes were great and a decent fruit selection but the hot hood felt like it was more leftovers from dinner the night before. Wish they had stuck to Filipino faves like Tocino, longanisa, and dry tapa with garlic rice instead of sweet & sour fish, hotdogs n some sort of pork asado.. Sister in law said their bathroom in the main building still had some hair left which was a bit gross..

i dont like this hotel room was dirty. firniture too old staffs not kind. breakfast is bad

Estacio uno is located in station 1. Near willys rock. But the premier rooms is in the annex building with balcony faving an abandoned hotel at the back or the main estacio uno site. Its like 100 steps away from the main site. The annex building has the infinity pool on top, where you can view the beach front of white beach sta.1,you can even see the sun set/rise. Whenever you go to the beach they will offer you beach towels and banig wer u can lay or sit on . The free breakfast is filipino dish it was okay. I just did not expect the rooms look like standard even if it says it was premier. The interior was not that satisfying for its rate . I was expecting new classy look room like the pictures. It was too spacious though . They also have mini pool in front of the main site .over all it was okay

照片與實際環境不服符，飯店很小，泳池很小不乾淨，床很硬，房間地板有沙，飯店很老舊，沒蓮蓬頭只有灑水頭，連室內拖鞋都沒有，要另外要，沒什麼服務可言，早餐除了歐姆蛋荷包蛋現做其他都很難吃，住四天，除了第一天有西瓜和芒果，其他天都只有西瓜，超不推，這價錢可以住其他酒店有更好服務和環境

酒店的位置非常好. 就在海灘邊. 服務人員也非常好. 下次也會再來這渡假.

房間沒有熱水。風景也不好

Estacio Uno has been my family’s favorite hangout spot in Boracay, and we’ve been coming here for 3 consecutive years. The food is great, and they also have good happy hours deal. The view is spectacular since it’s situated beachfront. But what keeps us coming back here is the excellent staff service. The staff at Estacio Uno are all nice, friendly and accommodating. Special commendations to sir Nilo, Nelmar, and Stephanie. We had a great time at Estacio Uno because of your exemplary service. My son had so much fun playing at the pool, and grew fond of the staff, especially Ms Steph. I would also like to commend the staff who blew bubbles for my son on our last day there. That made my son’s day extra magical. Kudos to the entire staff! See you again soon! :)

Great and affordable food!One of the cheapest on the island considering its location is right by the beach and boracay landmark. Top staff! Especially mr.Lyle who’s been very helpful with my complicated orders. Ambiance is crazy good especially during sunset with a beautiful lighted pools and relaxing songs from their great acoustic singer. They also have dining spaces for dining with AC and it’s clean and spacious. .Truly recommendable for best boracay experience! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

The surrounding areas are abandoned buildings. There's no hot water in our 1st room. Very limited breakfast choice.

DEFINITELY DO NOT Stay here. The pictures are NOT what the place is. Their excuse was that google has not updated the pictures and that the property is being renovated. An employee told me anonymous that they are using that excuse because they were told by higher management to say that. We had to relocted to another hotel because there is a very large area of Landfill and Squatters next to this building. I Have the pictures to prove. For the price they charge I would not have paid three dls. to stay here. I reported this issue and sent pictures to ******* and they could Not resolve my issue. I had to pay Alot more out of pocket to relocate to another hotel. PLEASE BEWARE Dont let this happen to you and you also loose out on your hard earned working money by staying here. Save yourself a headache and book at a different location.

Previous commenter mentioned that the ocean view rooms were under construction which was correct and a tad unfortunate, however we didn't book ocean view rooms to begin with as we usually get upgrades with our booking site. So it was just not on the table to have the seaview room --- but not a reason for less than five stars! We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and they were able to get our rooms ready by 10:30 am. We left our luggage's behind and walked at the beach, and from the moment we arrived we feel like we are already being taken good care of. The concierge and everyone are extremely hospitable and polite and will try to accommodate requests the best they can. We even got approval for late checkout so that's a plus as our flight wasn't until 6 pm. Prime location as well- very close to Willys rock and close to beach clubs/beach view eateries/coffee shops. It's kind of in the middle of the action but still tranquil enough to enjoy sunsets by the beach and still a bit away from the foot traffic . Rooms are very spacious. We travelled with a baby and brought a portable crib and it fit in the room. There is no shortage of toiletries. The breakfast was amazing and we didn't know there was a complimentary dinner as well- we're not sure if that's how it is or it's just to compensate for the renovation. Regardless it was a huge money saver as we were only buying lunch for food. That's big especially for destinations like Boracay . Nilo always took good care of us every time we're at the beach, providing mats and fixing our beach towels and watching our valuables while we go in the water and putting things away for us. We would definitely be back in Estacio Uno and we can't wait what it will look like after the renovation .

We booked a hotel by the beach with ocean view rooms, but instead recieved: 3 rooms in another building because the one by the beach was under construction. These rooms overlooked constructions sites and abandoned buidlings, but the staff were great and understanding.
