I asked for MUR around 830 of Saturday, I placed the hang tag sign at the Door Knob, backed at the hotel around 5pm only to check that MUR was not done, reason? Maybe no one passes by at the floor and that they only have 1person of HK and they cant afford to do round checking, really?????
I requested if we can borrow a spoon and fork (1pair only) since my daughter and I will be taking a noodles, but the FO on duty (friday night) said that it is prohibited and not allowed, really, again?????
I requested for a sunny side up egg on Saturday breakfast, but the waitress on Duty as per Chef on Duty said that they are not allowed to provide since the breakfast is buffet type and we will just take whatever its in the table. really, again and again and again???
Monday morning check out, I was offered by a lady staff that they will assist us on the luggage, i said yes, just only to find out it is because the "owner" of their "big boss" is there! This is really ridiculous!!!! It was the man who is taking his breakfast at the 1st room beside hotel, and waived to us and said "THANK YOU, THANK YOU"
Maybe, the management should start to re train their staff of what is about HOSPITALITY service. It doesnt matter if you are 2-3stars, but what will make your hotel a go to Hotel are the People/Service and CARE etc... to which for now, Grand Boracay is lacking off.
