The manager was super helpful. I only didn’t like how the picture of the hotel on Trip.com seems outdated. The room looked a bit similar though.

This hotel is located in front of the beach. If you are looking for a room with an ocean view, stay in the room in A or B. Our room A had a nice ocean view but unfortunately, you also see tangled electric power wires as well.
They have an extremely limited service/facilities. It is not like a hotel. They give you full independence and leave you alone, whether you like it or not. The amanity is a bare minimum and they don't even provide toothbrush or hair treatment. What they give are bath towels, two small soaps, and the smallest packets of shampoo. No bath mats, no bottled water, no beach towels, no washcloth, no tea or coffee.. So, if you are set to go to this hotel, be ready and bring everything you need with you.
I do not think they serve breakfast. But, there are plenty of places to eat in the area.
This was our 5 or 6th time visiting Boracay (we used to live in the Philippines) and we have stayed at least 11 or 12 different hotels there. I do not think we are going back to this hotel for the price we paid.

We're enjoying our 1 week stay in this small hotel. A lovely seaview from our balcony, a quiet location, comfy bed & friendly staff. Thanks to Rowena who arrange our smooth transportation from the airport to hotel. Restaurants & bars are within walking distance. We will come back in this hotel, on our next Boracay vacation.
