Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and the experience was a 5 star. From the time of check in up until check out it was all worth it. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The amenities was superb and overall the place was perfectly clean. It was a value for money specially if you are travelling with kids!

The location is great and staff is so accommodating. But i have some area of concern and that is the service. I talk to front office regarding special set up for our 1st wedding anniversary for dinner buffet . The staff inform me to approach the la fiesta staff for some set up, i proceed to the restaurant and inform them if they can set up some cake for our dinner and i receive a positive feedback. I book at 7 pm but we enter the resto ahead of time cause i want my wife to spent our special dinner date with the kids, while we are eating i am expecting that they will also accommodate my request due to many special celebration was happening already in the premises. I waited more than 1 hr hoping that we will also accommodate our request but sadly no one approach us. But i am thankful for jenny for keeping our room clean and provide our request, hope we will back again soon

Staff will really be welcoming and helpful, the whole airport and activies transfer service was seamless and smooth. The room was lovely but you can tell they see heavy use as bits of feature walls were chipped, balcony light didnt work and there were some existing stains on furniture (this worried us because we were advised of fines for this and did not want to face blame unjustly.) This being said, daily house keeping was outstanding and the cleaners were great. They were responsive to requests and the 'goodnight' check ups were a great touch. location is perfect for everything and there were lovely relaxed vibes all around.

Great experience staying in this hotel, they took care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport (availed hotel airport transfer) it made our experience extremely pleasurable not having to worry where to go and not to worry on carrying our heavy luggage. Request were followed (birthday and anniversary set up for my parents) room set up really exceeded our expections. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly that made us more comfortable. Perfect location it is accessible to all. Thank you once again for making our stay memorable. r.155 ❤️

We had a memorable family vacation at this prime location 5 star hotel in Boracay. Food was superb! Everyday had different choices at their breakfast buffet. Love the longest pool in station 2 and it has the best location for a beachfront hotel. Will surely comeback and I will recommend this place for every family with kids.
