"Service was a bit inconsistent. Clare was fantastic—she remembered we were celebrating our babymoon and kindly arranged a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. However, the assistant at the service desk was a bit disappointing and didn’t seem very willing to help when we raised the issue of a refund due to our room being downgraded. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and many areas are under construction, which was another downside during our stay. That said, aside from these two issues, our overall experience was still very pleasant."

"To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, my wife and I went to Bora Bora, Tahiti for a vacation. The water was crystal clear, the sand was pristine, and there were beautiful mountain views – definitely better than the Maldives!"

"Amazing location on the tip of the main island, nice views of sunrise and the mountains! The hotel itself and facilities are good however the service and staff attitude were terrible! Dinning menu is limited , I strongly advise not to book all your length of stay in one hotel so you can see the difference in quality and service. (We stayed in another hotel in bora bora for 2 more nights which was amazing!)"

"Meskipun kamarnya agak kecil, direnovasi pada tahun 2020 dan menawarkan pemandangan taman yang indah. Suasananya segar dan menyegarkan, sempurna untuk berfoto. Minibar tersedia gratis dan lengkap dengan bir, minuman, dan camilan. Sarapannya tidak terlalu banyak, tetapi untuk hotel bintang 4, harganya sangat terjangkau."

"They want to do green wash… with the message “don’t change your towels every day” actually they spend a lot of water for clean sidewalk every morning at 9:00 (very noise) and there are only food impotated… Location at 10 minutes from vaitape (where do you arrive from airport for free) but the taxi for hotel is too much expensive 3000cpf. Room ok. Restaurant no. Staff very rude."

"Did you ever find a place which is so good you hesitate to review it, in case it becomes so popular that everyone goes there and you cannot get in? Bora Bora Holiday's Lodge and Villa is one of those places. There are many reasons why it gets such great reviews. This is a family run hotel and a wonderful place to stay on the main island of Bora Bora. It is spotlessly clean, they even sweep up the fallen flower blossoms every morning to keep the grounds looking neat. The owners and staff are really welcoming and friendly, and very helpful. It is in a convenient location, and is quiet, and comfortable. This was my second stay here and I would not stay anywhere else on Bora Bora. For what you would pay for one of the fancy resorts, you can stay here, rent a car, go on tours, and dine at some really good restaurants. And still come out ahead. Instead of being restricted by staying at the resorts which are not on the main island, you can stay here and explore the island at your own pace, pick up the ingredients for picnic lunches at the local supermarkets, and eat at your choice of places from French style restaurants to the local "roulottes" (food trucks). This is in my opinion the best value on Bora Bora."

"The place is located in a beautiful and calm spot with matira beach (best in bora bora) just at walking distance. The beach bungalow is amazingly cute and definitely deserve the money compared to a standard room. The coral garden in front of the hotel is beautiful and you can easily encounter some friends in the water :) Only minor complaint is that the wifi connection is terribly bad and works basically only at the reception. But maybe it is a good thing to totally disconnect for a relaxing vacation."
