房間舒適敞亮，餐桌、椅子，沙發、洗菜台爐具，餐具很齊全。附近有兩個大超市。對於我們願意自己做飯吃很方便。 户外很寧靜，偶遇的當地人十分友好熱情，出酒店就有公共汽車直接到波恩中央火車站。非常順暢。 另外酒店都是自助辦理。之見到衞生員。 酒店大廳很漂亮舒適。

I have already stayed in a bonn for two times. At the first time I gave then the benefit of the doubt, because there was only a minor mistake. But now I can say for sure that I will not be back at Numa. To start with the noise that housekeeping makes, it isn't good to wake up with them especially if you work at night. The isolation isn't good at all. But these are the little mistakes they make. Both times I caught the room without shower pressure. On my second time I have made a reservation for the large room with kitchenet and they have put me in a room that is connected to two other rooms(first time in my life), I could hear the persons speaking in the other rooms, even during the day. But the worst thing I will mention now, I had a light emergency and also emergency stickers and even the red beacon emergency turned into 24 hours a day. This was definelly one of the worst experiences that I ever had in hotels. As I booked on their website they give me something called "on a member" which allows me to check out until 1pm, in the last few days they took the option away and didn't even bother to tell me anything. Note: the photo isn't mine, because unfortunately I have only shown this joke by video call to others but I took one from internet that perfectly describes the nights that I have paid and didn't sleep.

I am a guest at the Numa Hotel. From the photo you can see the night situation of the room: an emergency light that cannot be turned off is located exactly in front of the bed. As far as I'm concerned, it's not possible for me to sleep with a spotlight in my eyes. I asked for a room change and was denied. I wonder in which hotel in the world it is not possible to turn off the lights to sleep. Unacceptable. A tragic experience

The quality of service is the worst. There are no necessary things in the room, no iron, some utensils are missing, the shower is leaking, water is pouring out, because the door in the shower is not firmly attached to the floor. The room is dirty. No wifi on the 7th floor. The safe is closed. And your guests should live in this? It's disrespectful. I don't have to wait for a major overhaul of the room, I want to move into a clean room with everything I need, and not correspond with your team for a week. I'm not interested in these response patterns. When I asked them to change the room for the normal one they always ignored it.

Das zimmer hatte ein muffigen Geruch Für den Preis sehr schade Sonst war das Zimmer in Großen und Ganzen ganz gut Nur das es drinne gestunken hat Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut Parkplätze sind auch genug vorhanden

Ich hatte das Hotel über HRS gebucht. Da die Daten nicht automatisch übernommen werden, mussten sie von mir dann noch mal manuell an das Hotel eingegeben werden. Bei der Kreditkarte kam dann 2 Tage vor Anreise eine Mitteilung meiner Bank, dass aufgrund fehlender 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung keine Abbuchung erfolgen konnte. Ich wandte mich mit dem Problem an die Hotline, wo schnell jemand erreichbar war und eine entsprechende Lösung gefunden wurde. Das Zimmer selber war sauber und modern gestalte. Neben kostenfreiem Wasser gab es eine große Auswahl an Tee und eine Espressomaschine mit ausreichend Kapseln. Eine Glühbirne im Zimmer war defekt und der Safe war vorhanden, wurde von mir jedoch nicht genutzt, da er eine Batteriewarnung anzeigte und ich hier keine Experimente in einem Hotel ohne Personal wollte. Im Erdgeschoss war auch bis 20 Uhr am Abreisetag eine Gepäckaufbewahrung im Schließfach möglich. Da ich eine Termin in der Nähe des Hotels hatte, war die Lage für mich perfekt. An sich liegt es aber ein Stück abseits der Innenstadt.
