B&B Hotel Paris Est Bondy

The hotel is located far from Paris in a very sketchy neighborhood where I felt unsafe. It’s a ten minute walk to the nearest train station that can bring you to the city center of Paris. But what I was most unhappy about was the incompetence of the staff. For some reason they didn’t know me and my boyfriend paid for a whole week. We were there for two days and when we came back to the hotel after being out for a few hours we found out that they’d taken all our stuff out of our room and put it in a closet in the lobby. They didn’t give us a heads up about the fact that they thought we were supposed to leave that day. They finally let us into our room again when we showed them the receipt of the payment for a whole week. After a few days we decided to stay one more night so we paid for another night, but when my boyfriend had left the maid came into our room and told me we had to leave. I told her we paid for an extra night and showed her the receipt but she said I had to pay again at the reception. When I went to the reception and showed the receipt everything was fine, but the staff is quite rude and doesn’t seem to care about the guests. Apart from that the shower kept overflowing the bathroom every time and you can hear everything from the other rooms in the hallway.

Vraiment très bien - il faut dire que souvent les B&B sont de qualité. Parfois un peut cher. Au alentours très sympa et pas loin de Paris. Si vous avez du temps le train et le métro sont possibles 45min à 1h - tram direct vers Paris mais il faut voir où vous désirez vous rendre à Paris. Si vous êtes en voiture 20-25min hors heure de pointe. Pourle Business 1 jours de repos ou transit c'est ok - si pas de visites à l'hotel. Très bon déj et calme.
