Tra baristi che ti fanno battute fuori luogo, davanti ad altri ospiti, sulla quantità di bustine di tisana prese (due), governanti che sbattono porte la mattina presto durante le pulizie, bagnoschiuma mancante in doccia (rivestiti e chiama la reception), muri sporchi e macchiati da quel carrello delle pulizie fastidiosissimo per il rumore delle Ruote, colazione ordinato latte caldo e arrivato freddo riordinato e arrivato ustionante da rovinarti la colazione. Non credo valga 4 stelle (dato che in stanza nemmeno le ciabatte monouso ci sono).

Staff was very helpful but Toilet was not clean, looks like someone used it after cleaning.had to call the service to clean. There were also some shoeprints on the wall.

I never satyed in such a discomfort and bad hotels. Starting from the check-in to check-out so irresponsible. I had to change the rooms twice, not cleaned and ventilation is not good. The reception staffs are not helpful, you can rarely found the staffs to listen your issues or request. Even for hot water you need to pay and come down to the Bar and wait till they come. Nothing positive to say. I had to stay for my business anyway. I'll recommend not to consider this hotel if you are peace-loving and expect hassle free stay. Thoung you pay a lot but service is very poor.

가격 대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 하루 머물기엔 괜찮습니다. 다만, 지상 주차장은 자리가 많지 않아서 지하에 1박 주차요금(15유로)을 별도로 지불해야 합니다.

Wonderful service at the front desk and the bar and bartender and bar manager. Perfect airport hotel with free parking and breakfast. Because we left so early, and couldn’t participate in the breakfast buffet, the front desk gentleman attendant made sure to secure a breakfast box for us that was ready at 3:00 am for our airport departure. No frills hotel with good food and good service. 9 minutes from the Bologna airport at 3:00 am.

總體位置和酒店環境還可以，適合商務出差，房間也挺大。但是窗户打開角度很小，馬桶沖水有問題，蚊子較多……

酒店在博洛尼亞展覽中心附近，離市中心約2-3公里。酒店房間乾淨整潔，床是真的小。空間很大，尤其是衞生間。給我安排的房間有一扇門通往另一個房間，隔音效果很差！早餐非常豐富，是這次意大利出行住的酒店中論早餐來説最滿意的！
